Tillie’s Coffee is owned by Rachel and Pamela, an aunt and niece duo who turned their shared love of coffee into a family dream. Named after their grandmother Matilde, affectionately called Tillie, the cart represents everything she stood for—family, connection, and welcoming everyone with open arms. Our goal is simple: serve great coffee while creating a warm, community-centered space where everyone feels like family.
